Navid created A.L.I.C.E. out of his work as a real estate broker with Sotheby's International Realty Québec, where he has sold high-value homes and rented out thousands of units across Montréal. Again and again he saw that the buildings people value most are the ones where they feel part of a community, and that owners had no way to build or measure it.
A.L.I.C.E. is his answer. Its community features are free for building owners and residents; the platform is funded by local businesses and professional services instead.
